Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to optimize stock management.
- Manage staff schedules, performance reviews, and attendance tracking.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is a plus.
- Forklift certification and ability to operate heavy machinery.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends or shifts as required.
