Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to ensure optimal productivity and safety.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and minimize shrinkage.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Certified Forklift Operator and OSHA 30-hour certification.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
