Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse staff to achieve performance targets
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols to ensure zero workplace incidents
- Optimize inventory management systems to reduce errors and improve turnover rates
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse procedures and implement process improvements
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and safety inspections
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving operational KPIs
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory control methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse automation technologies
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field required
