Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Lead and mentor 10-15 team members, ensuring safety protocols and performance standards
- Optimize inventory control using WMS systems to minimize errors and maximize space utilization
- Coordinate with logistics partners for seamless inbound/outbound transportation
- Analyze operational data to implement process improvements and cost reductions
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies
- Prepare detailed reports on productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervision experience with team leadership
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training credentials
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with cross-functional operations and vendor management
