Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing performance feedback and training
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory management systems to minimize discrepancies and maximize efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Generate and analyze operational reports to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse/supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance metrics
- Familiarity with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management software
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) safely
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite
