Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train, coach, and supervise 10+ team members while fostering a culture of safety and accountability
- Implement lean principles to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance across all processes
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliations
- Collaborate with transportation and purchasing teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in a fast-paced distribution environment
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation proficiency
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance management
- Advanced knowledge of WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
