Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train, mentor, and supervise 15+ team members to maximize productivity
- Implement lean methodologies to reduce waste and improve workflow
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular audits
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet delivery deadlines
- Prepare performance reports and operational metrics for leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of improving KPIs (accuracy, throughput, safety)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field required
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery experience
