Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates with performance management
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety standards and inventory control systems
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS software and lean methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Conduct regular audits and generate operational performance reports
- Manage facility maintenance and equipment scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA certification and strong safety compliance background
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
