Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Train and manage 10-15 team members on equipment operation and procedures
- Optimize inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with logistics team on delivery scheduling and customer service
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Strong inventory management and WMS system knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
