Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage team of 10-15 warehouse associates with scheduling and performance reviews
- Implement lean inventory management and safety protocols
- Coordinate with logistics partners for seamless supply chain integration
- Utilize WMS software for inventory tracking and reporting
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and training
- Analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification required
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Data-driven decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- Remote-friendly with 2 days/week office presence
