Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Manage inventory control systems and implement lean practices
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily targets
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and protocols
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize space utilization and process improvements
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA and forklift certification required
- Proficient in WMS and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied temperatures
- Valid Ohio driver's license preferred
- Experience with safety equipment standards
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field a plus
