Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, scheduling shifts and providing performance feedback
- Implement efficient inventory management systems using WMS software
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular facility inspections
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and track logistics KPIs
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks) and best practices
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement team on inventory replenishment strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in inventory control
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
