- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage 15+ team members through scheduling, training, and performance coaching
- Implement lean principles to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Coordinate inventory management systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with transportation and procurement teams for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in distribution centers
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent leadership experience with performance management background
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations preferred
