Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and supervise 10-15 team members on equipment usage and safety protocols
- Optimize inventory control using WMS software and cycle counting
- Implement OSHA compliance standards and safety initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Conduct performance reviews and mentor staff development
- Resolve operational challenges and maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and equipment proficiency
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
