Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and training
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards to maintain accident-free workplace
- Optimize inventory control systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy rates
- Collaborate with logistics team to streamline transportation and dock scheduling
- Generate operational reports and KPI dashboards for continuous improvement
- Manage equipment maintenance and coordinate third-party vendor services
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience in distribution or fulfillment
- OSHA 30-hour certification and strong safety management background
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting operational metrics
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
