Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, ensuring performance standards are met
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance to ensure a hazard-free workplace
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Prepare and analyze operational reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Proven knowledge of inventory control systems and WMS software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
