Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and accuracy reporting
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping operations for high-volume goods
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance documentation
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow for maximum efficiency
- Implement process improvements using WMS and ERP systems
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure on-time deliveries
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA certification and safety management expertise
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory systems
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong analytical skills for process optimization
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
