Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Train, motivate, and evaluate a team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems (SAP preferred)
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain 99.5% inventory accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Generate performance reports and recommend operational improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in high-volume distribution
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10/30 hour preferred)
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid KY driver's license with clean record
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field
