Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and fulfillment processes
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ warehouse associates through coaching and performance management
- Implement lean methodologies to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Manage inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy levels
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with transportation and procurement teams
- Generate performance reports and implement data-driven improvement strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years warehouse supervision experience with team leadership
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Advanced problem-solving skills with experience in process optimization
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid forklift certification and clean driving record
