Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train, mentor, and supervise 10+ warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety standards
- Implement lean principles to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records
- Enforce OSHA compliance and foster a culture of workplace safety
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet delivery KPIs and customer deadlines
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active) and MS Office
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development success
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
