Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise 15+ staff members while maintaining performance standards
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Manage inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficiency in WMS software and inventory management systems
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of California labor laws and safety regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with cross-functional team coordination
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
