Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervision experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory management software
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs and reducing operational costs
- Forklift certification required
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
