Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace organization
- Optimize inventory control systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities (receiving, shipping, returns)
- Manage warehouse technology including WMS and automated systems
- Analyze operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with DOT and FDA regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficient in WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong leadership with proven team development track record
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation experience
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or equivalent process improvement training
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
