Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse associates to ensure efficient daily operations
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems and reduce processing errors
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation and workflow procedures
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans
- Manage warehouse budget and cost-control initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution/logistics
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling knowledge
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management preferred
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Data analysis experience with KPI reporting
