Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping
- Lead, train, and motivate 15+ team members to achieve performance targets
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all activities
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Manage inventory systems and conduct regular audits
- Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to meet customer demands
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven track record in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems (WMS experience preferred)
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
