Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution activities.
- Manage and direct a team of warehouse staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
- Conduct regular safety audits and equipment maintenance checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Forklift certification and valid driver's license are required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
