Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment for all staff.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain and inspect warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A or B).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS).
- Proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
