Responsibilities
- Supervise 10+ warehouse staff including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular compliance audits
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with 3PL partners
- Analyze operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Manage warehouse layout and equipment maintenance schedules
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and vendor issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Proven team leadership in union/non-union environments
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
