Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ team members in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Implement lean inventory management practices to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Analyze KPIs to optimize productivity and reduce operational costs
- Train staff on new equipment and warehouse management systems
- Manage inventory cycle counts and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with forklift certification
- Proven track record in inventory control and safety compliance
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
