Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Manage inventory control systems, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Operate and maintain provided warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient loading/unloading processes
- Implement process improvements to reduce waste and enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS and inventory management software
- Valid forklift certification (company provides equipment training)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
