Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping activities
- Manage 10-15 team members, providing training, performance feedback, and fostering a collaborative culture
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems to minimize errors and maximize space utilization
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance with provided machinery
- Generate performance reports and communicate operational metrics to senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience with proven team leadership
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment (provided)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
