- Supplement 5-8 warehouse staff daily, optimizing workflow and productivity
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Manage inventory systems and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Coordinate with logistics teams for seamless inbound/outbound operations
- Train new hires on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with equipment handling
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification required (equipment provided for testing)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods
