Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping
- Train and supervise 15+ team members on equipment usage and safety protocols
- Optimize workflow using provided technology (RF scanners, WMS systems)
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a hazard-free environment
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional departments for seamless logistics operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with equipment operation background
- Forklift certification and familiarity with warehouse automation tools
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Proficient in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Proven problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
