Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring efficient operations with provided equipment
- Train team members on proper use of provided forklifts, scanners, and safety gear
- Optimize inventory control systems using provided warehouse management software
- Implement safety protocols using provided personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Coordinate with logistics team using provided communication tools
- Conduct performance reviews using provided digital assessment platforms
- Resolve operational challenges using provided troubleshooting resources
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with equipment operation
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain with provided training
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (training provided)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification (provided if needed)
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments with provided ergonomic equipment
- Basic math and computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
