Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise 10+ staff members on equipment usage and safety procedures
- Optimize inventory management systems and maintain accurate stock records
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics workflows
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and equipment operation proficiency
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Advanced knowledge of inventory control systems (WMS)
- OSHA safety compliance certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
