Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance and morale.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards across all shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy using WMS systems.
- Create and optimize daily shift schedules to maximize productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Conduct regular safety audits and equipment maintenance checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of warehouse supervision or management experience.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (we provide training).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
