Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Train and supervise 10-15 team members while enforcing safety protocols
- Optimize inventory management systems and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours (early mornings, weekends, or nights as needed)
- Forklift certification and basic mechanical troubleshooting knowledge
