Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, ensuring efficient daily operations
- Optimize inventory management systems and cycle counts
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and dock scheduling
- Implement process improvements to reduce costs by 10-15%
- Conduct performance reviews and team training sessions
- Resolve operational issues and escalate to management when needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends if required)
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with JIT inventory management
