Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates with flexible scheduling options
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency and cost savings
- Manage inventory control systems including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in distribution or logistics
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and warehouse best practices
- Experience with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
