Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack e-commerce orders using our proprietary digital system
- Verify product quality, quantities, and packaging integrity before shipping
- Operate barcode scanners and inventory management software with precision
- Maintain organized digital packing logs and quality control records
- Collaborate via virtual meetings to resolve order discrepancies in real-time
- Adhere to safety protocols and company packing standards 100% of the time
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining zero-error accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Proficient with basic computer systems and touch-typing
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home workspace
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs periodically (equipment provided)
- Strong attention to detail with zero-tolerance for errors
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
