Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Train, mentor, and schedule 8-12 team members with flexible shift arrangements
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS management
- Resolve operational bottlenecks using data-driven decision making
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Prepare performance reports and process improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with inventory optimization experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
