Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of warehouse associates with flexible shift scheduling
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and continuous safety improvement initiatives
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow processes for maximum efficiency
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory and generate performance reports
- Coordinate with transportation and procurement teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to manage flexible shift schedules and remote team coordination
- OSHA certification and advanced inventory management skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills with bilingual (Spanish) considered a plus
