Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with procurement teams.
- Oversee the maintenance, safety checks, and calibration of warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners, etc.).
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a high-performing team culture.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Handle conflict resolution and ensure effective communication across departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a warehouse environment.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (We provide training and equipment if certified).
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
