Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS oversight
- Lead 10-15 member teams with flexible scheduling (day/evening/weekend options)
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain 5S compliance
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, RF scanners, etc.)
- Resolve logistics bottlenecks and process inefficiencies
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards
- Collaborate with transportation teams for on-time delivery
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Excel/Power BI for reporting
- High school diploma; degree preferred
