Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates with flexible scheduling
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular audits
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with logistics and transportation teams
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management/supervisory experience
- Proven track record in inventory control and logistics operations
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Strong leadership skills with experience in flexible team scheduling
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed
