Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, conducting training and performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our ERP system.
- Coordinate with management to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Handle equipment maintenance and ensure all machinery is in safe working order.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
- Valid Forklift certification is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required.
