Responsibilities
- Oversee daily receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of warehouse staff, conducting performance reviews and providing continuous feedback.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
- Optimize warehouse processes and workflows to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with transportation partners to ensure timely outbound shipping and loading procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and equipment maintenance checks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role.
- Valid Forklift Certification and willingness to operate material handling equipment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team effectively.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
