Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and performance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems, including cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate with logistics team to streamline receiving, storage, and distribution workflows
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance across all warehouse activities
- Manage warehouse technology systems (WMS, RF scanners) and troubleshoot operational issues
- Prepare and analyze operational reports for senior leadership review
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- Proven expertise in inventory control, OSHA compliance, and lean methodologies
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and RF scanning technology
- Strong leadership skills with ability to train, motivate, and develop staff
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Forklift certification and experience with automated conveyor systems
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision making
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
