Responsibilities
- Lead 15+ team members in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Implement lean principles to optimize inventory accuracy and reduce operational costs
- Enforce OSHA compliance and maintain accident-free workplace records
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure on-time delivery performance
- Conduct performance reviews and mentor staff for professional development
- Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) for real-time inventory tracking
- Develop SOPs and process improvements for continuous operational excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation credentials
- Expertise in WMS (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan, SAP)
- Proven track record in inventory accuracy (>99.5%)
- Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
- Experience with automated conveyor systems and AS/RS
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
