Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates to ensure productivity targets
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and inventory control systems
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate documentation
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize space utilization and efficiency
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate complex issues to management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and familiarity with warehouse equipment
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., WMS)
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse software
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for local market
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
